I am in love with how my new "wreath" turned out...I have been saving this frame from Michael's until I figured out a good use for it...well here it is!
Here is a great tutorial on how to make paper pinwheels. I made the banner from paper as well, used stamps for the "W-E-L-C-O-M-E" and a little baker's twine to pull it all together!
May be a bit early for Spring, but I'm ready for some sunshine!
