Mother's Day with Griff was celebrated on Friday...The boys BBQ'd me a delicious meal and we spent the evening on the back porch. Griff made me a VERY special bracelet and a homemade card, and they both got me a very cute frame, picked out by Griff, for "all our baby pictures"....So thoughtful and precious...they clearly know how much I love my photos.
Saturday Nick and I spent the day together exploring the Ballard Locks with Scooter, and wrapped up the evening visiting my dear friend Laura and her precious pup Berwick. It was a beautiful day and we had a wonderful time.
Sunday we headed down to Greenlake for some fun in the sun! Afterwards, we headed off to Shane and Alli's for a delicious homemade pizza...
I missed my momma very much this weekend, and thought about her and my grandma's all day on Sunday. I am so lucky to have such amazing, strong women in my life who inspire and support me on a daily basis. Being a momma is the hardest job in the world, but they have done it with grace and ease. Love you all VERY much, and all the other momma's in my life, including my mother-in-laws, aunts, and friends.
